You look a little young in this picture; you almost have a baby face in a way.  Milk is a common drink that adults like for kids to have, traditionally.  This picture makes me think that when you were growing up, there were a number of things that were forced upon you under the guise of "it's for your own good." (i.e. church, school, or both) Whatever those things were, they might have sounded good initially, but it was the way that they were forced upon that made it into something very bad (facial expression, hand gestures).  Which is why to this day either there are some things that you stay away from or that you just don't do, because of some bad experiences that you had. 

The fact that it's black and white, and given the film quality, I do see this picture as being reflective in some ways. 

It's an interesting picture.
